FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are there setup fees?

For customers’ own logos, there is a one-off set up charge for digitising artwork. This logo is then saved for any future orders. Prices start from £25+v.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We try our very best to deliver your clothing within 5-7 working days after the order is taken. If a sample of the embroidered clothing is requested, it is 5-7 working days from the approval of the sample. You can track your order by emailing us at any time whilst your order is pending. We can give you an estimated delivery date.  

Stitches can offer a Platinum Service of 48 hours. Please contact us for a cost and further details. 

Can I approve my design before you start?

We will send you a prototype to review and approve before we produce your full order. For those orders that have embroidery, the customer can request a sample of the embroidery to approve.

Is there a minimum or maximum order?

There are no minimum orders, we can produce one or 1000’s!

Is the quality of garments good?

We are confident that our garments are of excellent quality and can meet all customers’ requirements.  

If you are not completely happy with the quality, contact us and we will do our very best to correct the problem. 

What if my garments don’t fit?

Each product comes with a size guide. The measurements are in relation to the chest size (in inches) of a standard S, M, L, XL, etc. When reviewing your order, please check all sizes carefully. Stitches of Bridgnorth Ltd. do not accept liability for goods that do not fit. If you require any advice please call us 01746 761177.

Can I request samples?

If you would like to see a sample of the garments and embroidery before ordering, please email sales@stitchesofbridgnorth.co.uk with your request. A representative will contact you in regards to your query, and send you a sample. We charge for samples. 

What if I would like an amendment to my current logo?

That’s no problem! Just send us the logo as an attachment and include a note of any changes in an email or by the facilities available. We will then send you a proof of your new logo for you to approve before ordering. We also have a team dedicated to artwork and design to help with any creativity work. 

Postage and Packaging inside the UK?

The standard cost for every order is £9.00 plus VAT (DPD Next Day Delivery).

What if I require embroidery in multiple places?

No problem! If you require more than one logo, please email us directly at sales@stitchesofbridgnorth.co.uk with your logo designs and which positions you would like them on your garment(s). We can then create a digital mock-up of your design. With your logos & specifications, we can calculate the cost and give you an exact price for your design(s). 

Do you take all credit and debit cards?

We take all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.
